Sleep deficiency and disturbance are identified to interrupt the recovery process in patients, reduce the quality of life and cognitive abilities. Furthermore, sleep pattern alterations can upsurge pain intensity, anxiety, and depression (Matthews 2011). According to the study of Carreira et al.
